Our Partners
Transform works in partnership with many agencies, statutory and non-statutory. We work closely with prisons, police forces, probation services and local authorities to ensure that the services we provide meet the needs of those who use and need them, aswell as meeting the expectations of those referring into our provision.
We have strong working links with housing providers and providers of services to those with mental health problems and pride ourselves on providing a high quality, dependable service that works towards delivering positive outcomes.

Who Are They?
- Midland Heart Registered Social Landlord to help meet short, medium and long term housing needs and to have access to provision both inside and outside the West Midlands region. Also, we’re in the midst of developing a protocol for the same type of corporate working arrangement through BISHOP (The Birmingham Social Housing Partnership) and this will extend across all social landlords in the region. We can obviously develop this approach even further, working with local authority housing providers as and where required. This would mirror what we have done in Birmingham for several years.
- Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Trust to facilitate the provision of therapeutic support as and where deemed necessary – this has the capacity to extend across the region through the PCT structures
- Job Centre Plus and Pertemps
- Community Vision West Midlands (Community Interest Company) – specialists in family support and advocacy and practitioners in the delivery of the noted family intervention and support programme, ‘Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities’
- City of Birmingham Basketball Club – to offer access to general engagement opportunities, specific basketball training and coaching and meaningful career development opportunities within the broader sporting sector and across the West Midlands region
- Aston Performing Arts Academy, to offer access to positive engagement in performing arts education, performance coaching and performance opportunities in music, dance and drama at a regional level.
